ACCOMMODATION
EPC has negotiated special rates at the Marriott Grand Hotel. We will send you instructions on how to book when you register for the conference.
REGISTRATION FEES
This includes attendance at the conference and exhibition, documentation, lunch on both days, coffee breaks and cocktail receptions. Full payment must be received in order to guarantee entry. Hotel accommodation is not included.
CONFERENCE LANGUAGE
The conference language will be English and Russian.
VISAS
Delegates requiring a visa to enter Russia should apply for a Tourist visa only. We will send you an information on how to apply for your visa upon receiving your registration. PLEASE ALLOW PLENTY OF TIME TO OBTAIN YOUR VISA.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made before 20 March will be refunded in full, minus an administration charge of GBP 150. We regret cancellations made after this date cannot be refunded or credited. Substitutions may be made at any time.
DISCLAIMER
EPC reserves the right to alter the content or timing of its programmes and speakers although this happens rarely. If an event is cancelled or delayed due to force majeure we shall credit any payments to a future event.
