The Welcome Cocktail Reception on the evening of 19 April, the Networking Reception on the evening of 20 April and all refreshment breaks will take place in the Exhibition area, guaranteeing plenty of visitors to your stand.

EPC staff are also happy to assist with introductions and facilitating meetings with the delegates of your choice. 

An exhibition stand / space package costs GBP 2750 and includes one delegate place. 

It costs just GBP 4900 to exhibit at both RPEC & Russia BBTC, including one delegate space at each event.

We can build you a shell-scheme stand measuring 2.5m x 1.5m complete with logo panel, spotlights, electricity points and table and chairs, or we will provide space up to 3m² for your own display, with table, chairs and electricity points.  The cost is the same.
